Welcome to ICOCN2026 @Xining (西宁)

International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. Established in 2002, the conference has been held annually. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, providing wide international visibility for authors’ research.

The 24th ICOCN (ICOCN2026) will be held in Xining (China), during July 20-23, 2026. The conference features nine parallel tracks, covering a wide range of topics including fiber optics, optical communications and networks, fiber sensors and lasers, optoelectronics, optical signal processing, microwave photonics, space communication, and quantum photonics.
